courses on various topics concerning hand rehabilitation – which is her passion. In addition to producing these courses, Ms. Roholt has taught over 300 live seminars all across the United States with over 10,000 students attending her classes.
In addition to teaching, Patricia also has an extensive clinical background. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of orthopedic and plastic surgery hand specialists. From 2009-2014 Patricia focused on her clinical practice working in a variety of clinical settings with other skilled hand therapists in multiple locations in Florida, Minnesota, and California. These experiences solidified her depth of knowledge and contributed to new skills, techniques and insights which she is excited to share!
Ms. Roholt is a 1978 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Physical Therapy. She received her certification in hand therapy in 1991 and maintains this certification currently.
Clinical Specialty Education is an AOTA Approved Provider (#8696).
She has been involved in teaching and actively conducts workshops and gives formal lectures to new occupational therapists. She has been a guest speaker for the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program in Indiana where she presents on shoulder mobilization and has presented to sports medicine doctors on lateral epicondylitis.
Mamta is excited to join with Clinical Specialty Education as a professional educator and to share her expertise with others. Mamta has expertise in treating repetitive strain injuries, tendon injuries and complex hand trauma. In her free time, Mamta enjoys spending time with her family. hiking, rowing, traveling, photography, music and reading.
